When we first started in this business, we were a Hawaiian-based clothing company looking for a way to make our business more eco-friendly. We wanted to make sure we were doing everything we could to preserve our planet. We knew it could be done and before long, we were... manufacturing our own designs using sustainable methods. It soon became more important to us to provide other clothing companies with an eco-friendly screen printing alternative. With this, LifeWork sustainable screen printing was born.
Today, we run an entirely green operation using only eco-friendly products. Our t-shirts are made using water-based or certified phthalate-free plastisol inks, biodegradable cleaners, and fair trade certified organic cotton t-shirts. We just want to do the right thing, which is why we will always be excited to offer sustainable screen printing services.
But just because its 'green' doesn't mean that sustainable screen printing has to be boring. We want our clients to have an inspiring, creative experience. At LifeWork, we make your visions and designs a reality. Or if you're not quite sure what direction you'd like to go with for your project, we want to help you get your own creativity flowing. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! This company said, specifically, that they could provide me with 100% cotton hoodies with my design on them, instead, they sent 50% polyester hoodies and the design was misprinted. When I asked that they send the correct hoodies, ...they refused. Their mistake cost me time and money. I missed several opportunities to sell my hoodies. The profit was my college money, as a result I had to go to school with less than a shoe string budget, and I am still trying to get my money back so that I can order the correct hoodies. They are crooks!
Redemption
I posted the dissatisfied posting and wanted to write an update to that post. Upon hearing of my dissatisfaction with the company I was promptly contacted and in my opinion, Lifework finally made good on their work. They shipped out another full replacement batch of shi...rts (the second batch they sent me for free) almost immediately. Everything was right on the shirts and I am satisfied with the work. Their determination to get it right is admirable. Based on this alone, I would consider continuing to do business with them. Like I said in the initial post... I think the desire was there but the end result was not what I expected. I do feel like they went above and beyond to make me happy in the end and just wanted to let everyone know.
