Fantastic Service!
I bought a used car two weeks ago at another dealer and was already having problems--which is why I brought the car to Lia. Jeremie Turcotte and John went above and beyond to help me, including contacting that lousy dealership to try and resolve my situation. Unfortun...ately I need to go back to Nissan corporate to get the correct SD card for my vehicle, but they were kind enough to waive any charges to me. This was the most stellar experience I've had from a service perspective, in many years. Not only will I continue to bring my car for service, I will buy my next car at that dealership.

My transmission needed a full rebuild. I was 6K miles past my 60,000 mile warranty. This was going to cost me $3500 but Jon helped me to navigate thru Nissans Consumer affairs department and helped me to get 90% coverage. $350 dollars later my car was fixed. Thanks ...you SO MUCH Jon. Thank u Nissan Consummer Affairs. They even gave me a liner car at no.cost while they worked on my car.
