I must say that this store is very high pressure - both in sales, "accessories," and credit application. Shopping here is not for the average person nor for any one on a budget. The sales people are always trying to sell a more expensive item and sales flyer items are never in store.

I also had a horrible experience at LeRoy's Jeweler's. The prices are outrageous and the sales people are high pressure. If one sales person is failing to sell you something, they will "trade off" to another to pressure you. The quality does not justify the price -... regardless! I had a terrible experience at Leroy's Jeweler's at the Meadowbrook Mall in Bridgeport, WV. The Manager, Genette, was an obnoxious know-it-all. High pressure sales tactics are used in this store. When I arrived in the store, I was greeted by an older woman name...d Pam who had on idea what the store had for sale - a total zero. She had little knowledge of the jewelry and NO IDEA about any specials or sales the store was having. She then asked the manager for help in selling me an item I did not want nor could possibly afford. Avoid at all costs! Though I must say that Lola is a piece of eye-candy.
