The positive reviews are from employees of Direct Buy. I'm not saying its a scam, it's just high pressure and not worth all the hype. They don't allow you time to think, educate yourself, make a good decision and review the need for this membership. I have tried shopping here many times over the past five years. Each time, I find the staff to be self absorbed and generally of no assistance. Once, I spent several hundred dollars on a dress, only to have a defect that required returning. Despite having my receipt, they would only give me a store credit. I tried so many times to go back and use the store credit but the selection is so limited, I never could. Recently, I finally decided to settle on jeans and things I just needed to spend the credit because I have tried for a year with no success. When I went to pay with THEIR store credit, they refused to honor it because it had been ONE year. Even the law says gift cards cannot expire before FIVE years. Poor Customer service I purchased a bag on sat picked the bag up to use on sunday and the handle broke. On tues when the store opend I returned the bag and asked for my money because the bag was defected. They (Employee and manager)told me they werent authorized to give me my money back.They could take my name and number and get bact to me they had to contact the owner. On thursday after no one called me I went to the store and was told they still didnt know what they were going to do they were trying to see if Miletello's could fix the bag. I instructed the manager I did not want the bag I wanted My Money and if the company would reimburse them for a defected bag shouldnt they give me my money back since the bag was defected. I was told they would contact me by the following tuesday. Today is Thursday and no one has called I think this is very poor customer service. I go to the boutique all the time and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! they have tons of the cutest clothing you could ever imagine. I mainly shop there when there is an upcoming event or party and I know that I'll be the best dressed and nobody will have anything similar. There was no "Hi, may I help you or Can I help you find something?" Even upon leaving the store no one thanked me for coming or wished me a good day. I went in to spend some money on a dress for my engagement party. It took someone ten minutes to even acknowledge me even though I had made eye contact with at least three girls, one of which is the owner! For a retail shop, the girls working should realize that without customers, thier shop will close. I left and went across to FeBe in town center and they were great! The funny thing was when I thanked the girl in FeBe for being so nice because I had just been treated like dirt, she said that so many people come in FeBe saying that Eros treated them the same way.
