called at 5 mins till 12 noon they told me they would write her name to come at 1 oclock we got there at 10 till 1 and was 2 people already there we set down after about 10 mins a woman and her little girl came in and signed in then about 5 mins after that a woman came in and told them she just needed a shot for her sinus infection they called the 2 that was there first back and then they called the woman with the little girl back and then they called the woman back that just needed a shot for her sinuses my wife was sicker then anyone of these people they do not care about there patients ...read more

This service goes down quite a bit. Never had internet service go down so much that it is a constant. Connection is somewhat unreliable. It's like there is no firewall, although I'm sure if you call they'll tell you they've got one. The service agents at the desk are rude and unforgiving. It took a week for them to look at a simple problem. Also, the packet loss is BIG. We've used several cable modems and all of them have had the same result. I wouldn't recommend this service. You could not ask for any better customer service, it is wonderful! The rooms have been remodeled and are beautiful! Best Place to stay in area! The rooms are clean and well decorated. The prices are the very best around. I have stayed overnight here about 20 or more times. The owners are friendly and make you feel right at home. The restaurant is good home cooked food, just like Mom used to make. It is Family Friendly and has a childs menu. There is also a large deck for your outdoor dining. That is where you can usually find me on Saturday night ,having a fresh ribeye steak, ribs, or chicken and rice. You can not beat the prices! I eat here at least once or twice a day since I retired here. All the local people eat here! You can see four or five generations of some families eating here together. The local attractions are Cumberland Falls and The Big South Fork National Park. ...read more
