After answering a few questions Carol became unprofessional and began to speak to me in a undignified and disrespectful manner, and rudely hung up. She tried to charge me 50 cents for a ball of string that was marked 25 cents! She is absolutely unwilling to negotiate prices no matter how much you buy. If you see the IPK sign, just keep on driving and go to the next sale. It's not worth the aggravation. ...read more

This woman is the most unprofessional and rudest woman I've ever met! She was rude to customers and screamed and yelled and little kids.
