MY MOTHER IS IN HER 70'S AND WENT IN AUGUST AND WAS BASICALLY PRESSURED INTO GETTING A MEMEBERSHIP. SHE IS OVER 70 AND THEY USED HER CREDIT CARD, AND ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE HER CARD TODAY. SHE WENT IN THE NEXT DAY TO CANCEL HER MEMBER SHIP AND GOT THE RUN AROUND THAT SHE NEEDED THIS OR THAT TO CANCEL. SO THE ENTIRE WEEK AND EVERYDAY OF GOING BACK AND FOURTH TO GET HER REFUND, SHE WAS DENIED IT AND WE ARE STILL DISPUTING. SHE WAS CHARGED OF $400 AND AND THEN THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT MONTHLY, HOWEVER NO ONE CAN EXPALIN WHAT HER $400 CHARGE IS FOR AND WHY SHE IS GETTING BILLED FOR SOMETHING SHE HAS BEIENG CANCELING THE NEXT OF SIGNING. THEY HAVE NOW TURNED HER INTO COLLECTION DUE TO I HAD HER CANCEL HER CARD. I HAVE WENT THRU SEVERAL CONTACTS AND TOLD THAT SHE IS GETING A CREDIT REFUND OF A TRAINING FEE THAT SHE DIDNT WANT AND TOLD THAT TO THEM FORM DAY 1. THAT REFUND WAS SUPPOSE TO BEE APPLIED ON THE 17TH OF AUGUST, HOWEVER WE ARE YET TO SEE IT. AND I WAS ADVISED THAT 3 GOT 3 DAY TRAIL, EVEN THROUGH THIER WEBSITE STATES 7 DAYS TRAIL, WITH NO COMMITMENT OTHER THEN TO TOUR THE BUSINESS. I HAVE TRIED TO WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS DUE TO THERE ARE SO MANY COMPALINTS ABOUT CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS AND DENINAL OF CANCELLATIONS. THIS COMPANY IS SO USED TO IGNORING A CONSUMER RIGHT, AND THE FTC CREDIT CARD BILLING, THAT I HONESTLY DODNT THINK THEY HAVE. IT IS AS IF THEY ARE AWARE OF ALL THE COMLAINTS AND DONT BELEIVE ANYTHING CAN BE DONE, AS IF 1 COMPLAINT OR MILLIONS REALLY DOESNT MATTER TO THEM. THE HAVE NO CANCEALTIONS FORMS AVAILABLE AS THEY STATE THEY DO. THEY HAVE NO INFORMATION ON BILLING OR POLICIES, AND CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD BEFORE THE TRAIL DAY IS EVEN UP, DUE TO THE FACT THE HAVE WHAT THE WANT, YOUR MONEY, WITH UNKNOWN CHARGES THEY CANT EXPALIN. THE BETTER BUSINEES OF KANSAS AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF KANSAS, AND OTHER INFORMATION OF COMPLAINTS, ARE REQUESTIONG OTHER TO COMPALIN..I WOULD LIKE TO START A CIVIL SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY THAT IS SOMEHOW GETTING BUSINESSES TO HELP MAINTAIN THEY ARE A GREAT WELLNESS COMPANY AND GETTING GOOD REVIEW FROM THOSE WHO DONT HAVE TO PAY THEM, SUCH AS THE CHABER OF COMMERCE,AND DOCTORS. I BELEIVE THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY.. AND SHOULD BE FINED AND HOPEFULLY SHUT DOWN.EVERYONE WHO IS HAVING ANY COMPLAINTS AND OR CONCERNS, SHOULD FILE ALL COMPLAINTS, THEY NEED TO HAVE ALL THE NEGATIVE THAT THEY DESERVE, AND THE NEED TO UPHOLD THE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND RIGHTS.
