I purchased some reusable bags Aug 7 online, by the middle of September I hadn't received them. I called the boutique, and was told that she only had three of the four I ordered. She also explained she'd just had a new baby and was behind in her communication. Well, here it is the middle of October and I still don't have my bags, and zero communication from Mackie Shae about when they might be here, etc. I do have some sympathy about the new baby, I have 4 kiddos myself. This place deserves no stars. I think the health depatment should go and stay at this place. It is disgusting. It is the only hotel in town so they take what they can get. If I was the city council, I would rather not have a hotel like that in town rather than have people have to stay at such a place. What a horrible reflection on that town. ...read more
