Kowalski Construction, Inc. is one of the oldest and largest restoration and repair contracting firms in Arizona and is licensed, bonded, and insured for both residential and commercial work. Our services include reconstruction of structures damaged by fire, water, wind, and mold . We provide prompt communication via mobile phones with Project Estimators, Project Managers and field employees. We'll keep you informed with weekly email project updates and provide computerized project scheduling for large losses. We work with all major insurance companies, and have a nationally recognized Customer Service Program.
We additionally provide remodeling, repair and rehab services. Our remodeling division provides in house design services for those times when you would like to begin you project planning with the end in mind. Our repairs consist of everything from our handyman service to full complex maintenance and repairs. Our rehab team is very familiar with full site complete rehab projects and can custom tailor our services to best fit your needs

BEWARE!!!
General Electric referred me to these people to repair a counter top island that was damaged by my their leaky dishwasher. Kowalski spend months just to rebuild the outer wall of the island. Then they sent some 250 lb. cross-dressing guy with pink nail polish that took 3 days to just paint it!!!After all that, I had to threaten them with a lawsuit to get my cabinets back, and they had not been worked on at all! I had to complete the work myself, of which I did, and probably a better job than they ever could have.Don't trust them, they lied and delayed the process for months on a simple job that should have been completed in less than a week.
