JAX Fort Collins Ranch & Home

I was camping at RMNP for a few days prior to heading off to the North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, when my Honda generator would not start. I packed up camp and drove to Jax Ranch and Home in Ft. Collins, 45 miles away. The Jax mechanic carried the generator in for me and immediately investigated the problem. Within an hour they had diagnosed the problem, found the part and part number and called me. They gave me the part number and suggested that, since it would take the better part of a week for them to get the part and make the repair, that I order the part online and then take it into a Honda Service Center along the way and have them replace it. They charged me nothing. I found the service staff to be knowledgable, polite, helpful and hard-working. They were also correct about the problem. The part was replaced and my Honda started on the first pull and has worked ever since. I highly recommend Jax Ranch and Home and will shop there when I am within driving distance.
