Jackie lacks professionalism and accountability concerning her business. After calling in my measurements they ordered me a dress 6 sizes too small and claimed I requested the size I received. When I called in my measurements I spoke to a male who informed me that a lady would determine the size I needed based on my measurements. If a retailer had the customer's best interest in mind they would have never ordered a size 6 based on my measurements even if they requested the size which of course I didn't. The bride, her mother, along with other bridemaids also experienced Jackie's rude behavior when dealing with various issues. I understand retailers make mistakes but what really irritates me is when retailers do not treat the customer with the respect and courtesy they deserve. For future customers, you may receive the correct dress but I assure you that you will not receive good customer service. At the end of the day, Karma will take care of the matter in its own way.

Let me start off by saying that Jackie is the sweetest lady ever. Jacquelines Bridal is the best kept secret in Nashville. As soon as I stepped in the store she made me truly feel like a bride. I didnt feel like a bride until i tried on THE DRESS, Jackie was so patient considering that I really didnt know what i wanted so after trying on the 8th dress she suggest a dress that I had passed over, she told me to trust her and see if I liked it. As soon as I stepped in the dress I then knew what it meant to feel like a bride. I knew it was the one. It is the WOW factor in a dress that I was wanting for my wedding and I owe it all to Jackie.
