6/5/08 my friend used bathroom; I went to drivethru for soda. My friend walked to the truck. She slipped in the germ contaminated debris and slim collected from a drain near the drivethru window, fell on her back & cut herself in 3 places. Mgr didn't take accident rpt he called the police. Food server offered bandages. My friend's clothes were ruined The Brookshire cop Martinez threatened to take me to jail because I asked him why he needed my drivers license. No sign saying not to walk in the drivethru. Complain to the Waller Cnty Dpt of Hlth, Jack in the Box in San Diego, the Brookshire PD since the cop told me owner's name told me JACK, the State Atty Gen since the mgr filed a erroneous complaint that I was creating a scene because I was upset over the fact that my friend fell Foreigners think that they are protected by calling the police instead of responsible for problems in their place of business.
