iStorage Huntsville has excellent customer service. The young lady I spoke to there was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. She gave me different options with the storage that I could choose from.
I started storing there in October. The facility is clean and well-kept. I like that the area itself is safe as well and that everything is so well lit. The staff is professional and customer friendly. I feel comfortable there.
I had a very good experience with iStorage.
I had a storage unit at iStorage Huntsville originally that I was having difficulty driving my car into. That's the reason I wanted the storage. When another one became available, they swapped it over and they did it with ease. I didn't have to do anything other than clean the old one out and get my car to the new one. They transferred all of the documents over seamlessly.
During the whole period of time I was there, I had great service. Every time I went in to talk with the lady at the front desk, I always had a good conversation. Even when it became iStorage from whatever the name was before, that transition was seamless as well. It's a good facility and a good location.
