I had been dieting and working out hard since the new year with little results when i was just about ready to throw in the towl! Well i went into this store to inquire about fat burners and ended up leaving with so much more! The lady really took her time explaining to me the importants of good nutrition and the importance of protein in building a lean physique. I have to say i had always been concerned about taking protein supplements and lifting weights in fear of "bulking up" like a man but i took her advice and have put on alittle muscle that is far from bulky! I have also lost some fat! I am very pleased with the way my body is taking shape! I am looking more lean and toned everyday!
