About Integrative Hypnotherapy

Shirly creates a treatment plan utilizing her extensive education. Each client receives a customized plan that is most appropriate for him or her. Shirly's clients break unhealthy patterns in just a few sessions and make the changes necessary to be on their way to improved health on all levels.

There are many practitioners out there, there is only one Shirly Gilad with her graduate education in behavior, nutrition, family nursing, homeopathy and a hypnosis certification. Other than Behavior Analysis, all other interventions are not behavior-analytic in nature and are not covered by her BACB credential.

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Nutritionist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Homeopath. I had graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Pace University in order to make sure I have a background in medicine as well.

With my varied and extensive background I help people restore their emotional, physical and mental health using all the tools and skills that I acquired over the years. I am passionate about what I do and I do it well.
