I was called to do a restretch at this home and arrived to not just a restretch but to fix a seam as well. Not a problem and was appreciative of the work. Unfortunately only the daughters were available and the owner (Ed) was not. The daughters told us each and every thing that they wanted done. We did what was asked by Ed's daughters then left the job asking for $150. I told Ed before we started that it could be between $75 and $150 depending on the severity of the situation. We restretched three rooms and fixed a seam for them. This was a fair price. At no time did Ed ever show up at the job site. A couple days later I get a call from Ed saying the job was not completely done and wanted us to come back out to Suncrest. This would not have been a problem if he could have made a list, maybe a little sticky note. We take pride in our jobs and provide quality work. I'm sorry you feel this way Ed. Brian

Brian was reccomended to repair my carpets from Tammy, Estimate was $75.00, turned into $150.00, that was ok. till I saw half the job done, and was told they looked and smelled stoned.
left seam torn, but could get us a good deal on carpet, called to complain, would be another $50.00, Brian says, left message with Tammy, no call back from either, will never rec this company
