Went their for our 2 year wedding anniversary, which we choose over out back, big mistake, huge. first I got my salad which was brown, then got our entrees, sandwiches were good but our fries were extremely cold. Spoke to the manager about our poor service never once acting like he was concerned. I won a gift certificate from Footers for a free large one topping pizza from HI-99 last Thursday! I went and picked them up today, and decided to try Footers Pizza for the first time. I called, young man answered, I told him I won a free pizza and I would like to order that and another pizza for delivery. He told me I couldn't! What! He said it was pick up only, and I told him it said pick OR delivery on the coupon! Then I told him what I wanted, and getting ready to request for an item on the deluxe to be switched for another item when he said hold on.....he handed the phone to Jennifer the owner, and she told me I couldn't have it delivered!I told her what I told the young man, she said whatever!
