Beware! Had regular weekly trash pickup, then after 2-3 months they stopped picking up every week and only every other week. Received a bill before labor day (2010) for 4th quarter service, which I sent payment for. The check was cashed the week of labor day and haven't had a pickup since then. No one answers the phone, and the mailbox is full. I want a refund for the future service I paid for and someone to come pick up the three and a half weeks worth of trash at my house! ...read more

Cheap cost, poor service. Will miss picking up your trash from time to time. Can't get ahold of them if you call. Don't pick up their mail of sent certified. Canceled service, a month later... still haven't picked up their dumpsters. ...read more

If there were a lower rating than 1, I would give it. Ever since Borden took over recycling in St. Joseph County in January, they have missed our house 3 times, not dropped off our container (that each neighbor received) and after phoning them multiple times, have gotten nothing but a run-around.
