these guys are a joke! they don't come to pick up when they say they will which by the way is a pick up truck with pallets for side walls! some body should report them to environmental services! Had a bit of rubbish but was told it wasn't a problem but after calling and calling to have it picked up when he got here said it was too much. After politely informing him of the conversation i had setting it up i was told i was a liar. We had also in a months time we only used the service twice. We tried to set up for pick up on a regular basis i was told that i needed to pay for the month we didn't use their service before they would make any pick ups again. it was explained that it didn't matter if we went 3 months we would have to pay for the duration we HADN'T used their service. How can you punish some one for not using their service? No trash was put out, None was picked up. But yet they want you to pay for any time that passed regardless?That's EXTORTION. ...read more
