I was really looking forward to a half a day of pampering and it turned into a nightmare. When I had booked they told me that it would take 4/5 hours maximum. After 6 hours, two cancelled work meetings and the opposite color of what I had asked, I just decided I had had enough and left without blow drying. ...read more

From the get-go, we experienced non-stop problems, which should have been a red flag. There was poor communication, calls were not returned, answers were not provided and we weren't even quite sure how to enroll properly, and this was after speaking to the owner. There were so many rules, and if you didn't follow them to a 'T', the owner became quite annoyed. We are pretty easy to please, but expect quality where our child is concerned, and after the first day, our child cried when they saw where we were taking them, which made us wonder, as she never did this at her previous sitters. Also, she always returned home red-faced and looking dehydrated, her skin hot and her clothes and skin dirty. I did not feel that the owner nor the staff enjoyed what they were doing or put the children first, only money. I would not recommend. ...read more

My son is going to this school. It is a great school but has a TERRIBLE business department. I would hesitate to reccommend going to this school because of this. My son shows them every month proof that he has made his past payments (on time) and they don't recognize it. He just lost valuable class time because of their failure to keep accurate books. It is sad because they even called me and the gentleman I spoke with (Luis) still had no clue after I explained it to him. This has happened for the last three months! They finally get it figured out that he has paid, and the next month they start all over again! ...read more
