Unlike the Anonymous review I just read, we had the BEST costomer service. We could have not been treated better. The staff spent 2 hours with us going over fabric and insuring we had what we wanted. Great service, great product. Will go back! ...read more

Nice selection, but worst customer service I've had in a long time. My order took two months and I received only one phone call about it -- and that was because I finally just asked that I be called if they were going to miss the delivery date again. I started calling about once a week after week 4 of not receiving my sofa. I would not purchase an item there again.
