Hi all,I would just like to point out that that place is a HUGE rip-off. The owner pays her employees next to nothing and doesn't even pay the taxes she should pay. Instead, she counts her employees as "non-employee" compensation even though she definately plays the role of a boss. She generates at least $40 an hour of income (even higher rates for some instructors) from the customers and gives employees $14-$16 an hour. In other words, you think youre helping a starving musician when in fact, youre actually helping them get ripped off. This lady took a trip to Vegas this summer, putting two terribly paid "non-employees" in charge, while still paying them the crappy hourly rate. She's lucky I didn't report her to the IRS. ...read more
