Normally I have a very good time at Applebees. However on Sunday, September 23, 2012 we were seated (by the host) in an area where there was a crew doing some type of construction. Ok, so I thought let's try Outback again. The waiting staff was great but the food was another story. The blooming onion was apparently not fresh. The salad had the stump in it, the mashed potatoes had no seasoning and the steak was totally overdone. It was not only my steak that was cooked wrong but also my husband's. I bet I have only been in this dive less than five times in my life of 47 years, and the only reason it was more than once is because you forget how awful it is. After spending over 20 dollars for two "dinners", all I can say is you might as well go to Long John Silvers or Hungry Pelican.
