went there for a new car purchase, i've been there for a test drive and told them i'll be back on saturaday for a purchase. saturday morning kia dealer called me asking when will i be there, i told them very soon. when i got there michael nelson was waiting for me outside the parking lot; i was very impressed. he did all he could do to make me happy with the price. overall i was very happy with michael nelson's assistance; i did gave him a hard time negotiating the price but he did everything he could to match my price. ...read more

Nick was extremely knowlegable of my car and various others that I wanted to see in the lot. He did an awesome job of assisting me in selecting the vehicle that best suited my needs. At the time of purchase, he offered his card in case I had any questions. I really apprciated that he did that because it made me feel like I wasn't just a customer. He made cookies for my friend while we waited for the vehicle to be washed and cleaned and offered refreshments as well as answered any questions I had about the purchasing process and basic information about the car.
