I love this unique jem of a store I found while in the northwest suburbs. This consignment store has fabulous high-end designer items such as purses, shoes, dresses, luggage, jewelry, rhinestones, and lots of other great little finds! I found a lot of items were practically in new condition! The store has the latest trends as well as vintage fashion. I loved it so much, I brought my sister and mother on the next trip and they fell in love too. My sister found a great Gucci bag while my mother found perfect earrings. I loved my Prada shoes so much, I am now a consignment seller! The great part about this store is finding great, high-end items for less! ...read more

I discovered Anne's 3 or 4 years ago. I am always able to find great, high-quality items at extremely reasonable prices. Some of my more exciting finds are a Gucci watch for $75 (instead of $400) and a Prada tote for $150 (instead of $1000+). I am now a consignment seller, so now I can refresh my closet without as much guilt! People are always complimenting me on my wardrobe, and I don?t hesitate to say ?resale? and tell them about Anne?s. I was even able to do some Christmas shopping there for my sister, who loved her genuine soft leather purse from Stone Mountain! With the money I saved, I was able to get her a sweater, too! With today?s economy, you have to make smarter choices, and quality resale is a brilliant choice. ...read more

WHAT'S BETTER THAN HAVING SOMETHING RETAIL IN OTHER STORES FOR $100 AND GETTING IT AT ANNE'S FOR ONLY $10! ALOT OF THINGS THAT THEY CARRY ARE STILL NEW AND WITH TAGS! AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. ...read more

Five Levels of Decision Making
Leaders create powerful options and make to seeing them through. Nonwinners put off options and clutter around with them once they are made. A key expertise in becoming a effective innovator is the expertise of selection. It is unexpected how many individuals don’t like to create options. They do everything to keep the moment of decision at hands length including: collecting more data, speaking with more individuals, not thinking about determining, stressing over who determining might hurt, stressing about the options needed to take determining off, expecting the problem will go away on its own, etc. Excellent management create the expertise of picking the best possible with the best details possible in the timeliest manner. They are fast to decide and fast to take liability for their options – good or bad. Successful management have acquired that measures is vital. They know stalling eliminates. They stay with the reality of repercussions and know there will always be concern in options. No one can see all possible ramifications; no one can estimate every contingency; no one can absolutely avoid failing. Commanders know that failing is not ultimate, it is a learning possibility. The real risk around selection is not “will I create the wrong decision” but “did I create the best decision possible given information and circumstances”. Strong management will always restore from inadequate options – they understand and become smarter. But losers will clutter around and pass up possibilities. And once they lastly determine, chances are their decision will have no strength, no enthusiasm and no crisis. In addition to a prejudice for measures, good decision creators strategy selection with some fundamental techniques. These techniques can best be summarized with three questions: 1. What is the downside? If the obligation engaged is significant, and is even slightly possible, then determining is “no, go discover other options.” One of the leader’s most essential tasks is to secure the organization. Revealing the organization to excessive risk is never prudent. 2. What is the cost/benefit ratio? Every decision is a trade-off between costs (usually organization resources) and benefits (usually statements targeted at increasing organization resources). Intelligent management use the cost/benefit relation to leveraging growth and earnings. Excellent options are highly utilized with low cost/high advantage. Poor options are higher cost/low advantage. When management discover low cost/high advantage possibilities (with modest obligation of course) determining is, “Yes, we must do it.” 3. Who needs to be engaged with this decision?Good management realize that selection goes far beyond being in charge and getting in touch with the injections. Choice creating is also one of the best creating tools at their fingertips. To make strength around options the innovator must increase responsibility. Asking for feedback, especially from key stakeholders, is significant for strength and efficient rendering. The Five Levels of Choice Making The following are five levels of engagement management use when determining who should be element of the selection process: Level One: Leader creates determining alone. This is used especially in crisis circumstances where immediate measures is significant. Input is not helpful, fast measures and immediate complying is what number. Level Two: Leader creates determining with feedback from key stakeholders. The innovator looks for feedback, usually to cover shades destinations and boost their level of comprehension around the issue to be determined. Stakeholders hold details and not referring with them would be ridiculous. Level Three: Contract building – innovator gets ultimate say.Leader solicits feedback from a variety of resources, creates judgement around a specific route, allows the team to create a professional suggestions of which the innovator must lastly accept. This stage takes significant expertise and is where creating management often make a few faults. Solid decision creators are well experienced in the skills of this stage. Level Four: Give determining to someone else. The specialist and liability are clearly moved away from the innovator (usually to a immediate report). Both the innovator and the immediate review stay with the repercussions – consistently. The innovator opinions determining, but does not change it and uses it as an chance of progression. Level Five: True judgement.Leader fully associates determining to a team (usually a committee). If the innovator is element of the panel then he/she is just one election among many. The team procedures all the options engaged, jeopardises opportunities until everyone is convinced. Strong management comprehend the procedure options must go through to be efficient. As management move higher in companies the demand upon their time and effect also improves. The temptations to use the power of position to create the unexpected happens is higher. Fresh management will often get found in this entice and understand expensive training when options go bad. Hopefully you can avoid these faults and create efficient decision by using the three concerns. ...read more
