I have never experienced such poor customer service. The young woman that works there seems to know very little about the products. The owner is very short and huffy. I have had good experiences with Bob, but will not return after expressing disatisfaction with a service to the owner about an issue. He was sarcastic, raised his voice, and simply walked away.
