Our family really enjoys eating here on a regular basis. We like the huge variety on the menu and everything always comes out steaming hot. Each dish tastes super fresh, you can tell they make it fresh as you order. Our favorite is the buffet on Sundays. There's always lots to choose - from chicken to shrimp to pork to beef. I went in to the Subway on my lunch hour. There were four or five people in front of me. It took me 2o minutes to order and receive my foot long sub. You need managers that keep employees organized and not let employees boss each other. One of the reasons I waited so long is the lady putting on meat and cheese ran out of American and the girl in the back would not bring it out. Then my sandwich sat and got cold because the senior citzen that works there was bossing the girl that puts on the meat and cheese. Then while I had to wait for the second time for them to warm my sandwich customers behind me got to check out and go on. This is not the first time I have had to wait for a long time. I went to Subway at 4pm on Friday March 19th, 2010. As soon as I walked in the Girl rolled her eyes at me and was very RUDE!! Then another person walks in and she says "Oh my God, is this whats its going to be like all evening" It really made me just want to walk out and tell them they could keep the sub. Ophelias Cup is a place were you dont really have to order any thing. You can just relaxe and talk to friends with out the pressure of the waitress asking you what you want. Reason: can't give 0 stars, so 1 star: server left the restaurant during our meal without telling us or her other table, so I helped myself to a refill but couldn't bring to her attention that a small child was in the kitchen playing with a milk crate since she cut out early (the other table didn't even receive all of their food). I would have said something to the cashier, but two more children were behind the counter with her. They have excellent coffee (nice variety) and a great atmosphere. The retro/eclectic decor certainly adds to the appeal.
