The Town & Country Restaurant has replaced the Up Town. The location is on Oak Street also known as Route 45 near the corner of 6th, Street in Neoga, IL. 62447. The inside has been completely removed and rebuilt. The whole establishment is non-smoking. The atmosphere is lighter with pictures of Neoga's history hanging between wall lamps.
