I was so excited to get my furniture delivered. I bought a bed and a desk. Jeannine, the sales rep. promised that a small portion of the desk where the wood was receding from the top drawers would be repaired before being delivered. It was not, but what was worse, was that the leg of the desk was completely broken in transit and the delivery men had to know this because they knew I was in a hurry to get to work and they just placed the desk in the in my family room. When I returned home and went to move it, the wood was completely gone in the spot where the screws attach it. I am so mad that I gave them an extra $20 for their trouble not knowing that they had damaged it! I want some restitution for this! I had our daughter's photos taken as a gift for my husband. Seeing as the studio was "downtown Naperville" I was being ignorant in assuming they were quality.
