Bronislav Bashkin was my Realtor, he showed me a house, I liked it a lot. When we went to look at it, there were some orange stickers on all the faucets in the house, of course, it concerned me, I wanted to read but didn't have my glasses with me at the time, so, I asked Bashkin what are those orange stickers? He said they say that all the faucets are new. Tried to turn the water on, it's not running. I asked why there's no water. "Because noone has been living here, so there's no water. When you move in, call the water company, and they will get you water back" : he said. OK. After closing,in couple of days I'm trying to get the water in the house, and oops, the water is licking from everywhere. As it appears the whole plumbing system is damaged and has leaks. The staff at Bozic Realty was less than helpful. Even after listing a house with them, I would place calls to ask questions and wouldn't recieve a call back for days. Very unprofessional. ...read more
