I did not even want to give one star! I am very disappointed with the customer service from Norstates Bank. I actually have been a customer for over four years and opened an account at the Antioch Branch. The previous branch manager was wonderful and provided and managed the branch smoothly. However, the new branch manager (who has been there almost two years) has lost that touch. I even had to go to the Waukegan Location to resolve some issues with my checking account only to find out that they don't care!!! Unfortunately I guess the only reason I was happy at "bank of waukegan" (before Norstates took over) was because of the fabulous branch manager. I recommend to skip this bank! I even like the big corporate banks such as CHASE better!!!! ...read more
