All was good throughout the purchase process in January 2010. The staff was friendly, and we got a pretty good deal for 4 pairs of glasses. The problem began in July 2010 when the scratch coating began to wear off and the lenses became spotty. It seemed obvious to us that they were defective, and we thought they would stand behind their product. But, because we did not purchase the optional warranty, they said they could do nothing, but that we were were free to purchase new lenses. UGH! We won't be going back there. ...read more

For all the brides and grooms who are thinking about having Joe as a DJ, you must read this comment first. He also screwed up my maid of honor's speech by cutting it short (she still had 2 pages of her speech). \t\n\t\nThe list does not end there. He did not use any of the music we asked (I gave him a detailed list of all songs) for when I walked down the aisle, for our "processional," and for our bridal party entrance. \t\n\t\nOn your big day, you hire professionals to do what you ask to create the wedding our your dreams. We put alot of thought into the music we chose and when Joe did not play the music we asked, we were extremely disappointed. The biggest disappointment though, was when Joe called my dead father to the dance floor; that was a moment I hoped to never experience. So, if you are thinking of using him, I would think again. ...read more
