All was good throughout the purchase process in January 2010. The staff was friendly, and we got a pretty good deal for 4 pairs of glasses. The problem began in July 2010 when the scratch coating began to wear off and the lenses became spotty. It seemed obvious to us that they were defective, and we thought they would stand behind their product. During the "father/daughter dance" I was going to be dancing with my brother and then uncle. Joe asked, "Where is Michele's Dad?" My guests and I were completely appauled. He also screwed up my maid of honor's speech by cutting it short (she still had 2 pages of her speech). \t\n\t\nThe list does not end there. He did not use any of the music we asked (I gave him a detailed list of all songs) for when I walked down the aisle, for our "processional," and for our bridal party entrance. \t\n\t\nOn your big day, you hire professionals to do what you ask to create the wedding our your dreams.
