Why the negatives about a place everyone else has raved about the excellence for years. Parent who expects free care? Parent who doesn't understand policies and contracts? Parents who just like to complain If there was any truth to the comments then this school would not be licensed by Boise City. ...read more

Ms. Kathy is a complete fake! I went into her facility and she came off as so sweet and excited to have my 4-year old there. Despite my asking for clarity several times, she led me to believe that it was a daycare/pre-school and that she would work with me and my schedule. I was so excited at the thought of having an enriching and learning environment for my kid at such a great cost. BOY WAS I DUPED!!! My experience was the same as the other two reviews! First off, Ms. Kathy has a Jekyll and Hyde personality. She initially comes off very sweet like a grandma then turns into "What Ever Happened to Baby Jane" (Betty Davis) crazy. She started to complain about payments....scheduling...when I could drop him off....when he could be picked up AND her prices kept going up every week! My son became increasingly terrified of "going to school" which leads me to believe she is just as nasty and snarly with the children as she is with the parents. After I confronted her about all of her constant "yelling" at me when I would walk in the door--and all of her building complaints she called me on the phone and left a MESSAGE that it wasn't working for her....Thus leaving me to scramble to find daycare over the weekend for the next Monday. She even bilked me out of $40 for a pre-paid week. In my opinion she shouldn't even be working with children. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND IRRITATION...DO NOT GO TO CREATIVE HANDS CHRISTIAN SCHOOL -- IT'S A JOKE! I strongly recommend NEVER taking your kids here! ...read more

My daughter went there for 2 weeks and the teacher Kathy said the other parents didn't like when they heard her cry and scream when we left her. Im not even sure she even screamed but she did cry, she did however stop and was fine the rest of the time. I think it is ridiciouls if a teacher cannot work with a child and rely on other parents to say if the child should be there or not. Also she returned my registration fee which I guess she doesn't usually do, she said she shouldn't just because we were late to meet with her the first day. I'm not sure how she thought that because she told us to come between 11 and 12:30 we got there at 12:00. So I think she has to much going on if she can't even remember when we arrived there. Every time we went there there was a boy that always had a runny nose, she never even wiped it, how gross having your child around that no wonder kids get sick these days. So its up to you if you choose to have your child go here I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. ...read more

For over at least 5 years I've been getting quarterly blood work done at your Idaho Falls facility on S, Woodruff. I have gone there because of the dead-on accuracy and customer friendly attitude of Elisha. Oftentimes, she was the only person I met there that seemed to care about your customers. Like hundreds of your other customers, I trusted Elisha to draw my blood accurately on the first try and to do so with a sense of warmth and motherly care. You have many customers who feel the same way. It makes me an others wonder if her transgressions were really so sever that they could not have been corrected by enlightened management, without them carelessly disrupting the trust and confidence, and possible the business from, hundreds of your customers......Did you step over a dollar to pick up a dime, ingnoring the desires and needs of customers, who are fundamentally the source of all your profits? ...read more
