I just stopped by before a road trip to have the tread on my used tires checked. They explained where to look on the tire for tread wear and said they looked good and not to worry! I was impressed with the service that I received. I needed my left rear tire replaced. The tire works fine, but I am missing two lug nuts that I know were there before. They actually replace them for me. One of the tech kept me inform and told me they replaced it free at charged. I was really surprise and happy with what they done for me. Bought a car for our grandaughter's 16th birhday. It needed an engine. Bought an engine from Pat's. Mechanic discovered it was the wrong engine after almost done installing. Pat's has done nothing to make it right. They have given us the run around. They are not willing to stand behind their mistakes.
