We recent broke down on vacation and were towed into this shop. The fuel pump was out, they over charged us for the fuel pump and thier labor. Then a few days later the fuel line fell off because it was not attached properly. We had it reattached by another machanic, a few days after that the fuel pump stopped working. Once the other machanic got into it he found it had been connected wrong they didn't ever have it going through the fuel filter. This voided any warrentee on the part. We we call them they refused to stand behind thier work and hung up on us. BEWARE!!! ...read more

My driver was at a truck stop needing a part for his airbrake. When he called in it was noon. The technician that came out told us it would take no more than two hours. It actually took six hours. The delay was their fault, but they charged us for the full price of the part along with the 6 hours of "labor". They did not quote me a correct time or price at all. They just went ahead and charged us 760 dollars for a 200 dollar part and what should have only taken 2 hours. Overall it was a correct job, the only reason they're getting 3 stars... However, they delayed us several hours on our load, overcharged us without quoting anything at all, and were overal very rude :/ cussing a mess over the phone. Unprofessional and opportunistic.
