My husband and I always love to go out to eat and try new restaurants. We were excited for our date and to try One Twenty Six. It sounds like the patio is nice, but we went there in Feb. so not an option. The cost of the food was over priced for what you get. We have had many cheese plates here and in Europe and were disappointed to only get 2 pieces of cheese, one was so hard we couldn't even cut it, it wasn't appropriate for a cheese plate. We also ordered the crab cakes and only received 2 of them. My husbands duck was undercooked and had to be brought back to the kitchen. The atmosphere was nice, but if you are making reservations for 2, I highly recommend asking for a booth. We did, and they still tried to sit us on a table divided by only a small pole literally right next to a lady who was dining alone. They do have a good wine list. Our waiter was a little odd, and kept staring at us and gazing at us with a side glance, making us really uncomfortable. All together, we have decided that we are glad we tried it but will not be dining here again. ...read more
