i have order stuff before but when called about a cake the lady that answered the phone carrie, was not very pleasent. i asked about the cakes , if they were fondant or frosting and she acted annoyed then wen i asked for a last min min cake ( because my father had forgotten to get to one for my little sister who is turning 12) she seemed even more annoyed and replyed" No" sharp and fast! i said ok thank you bye she hung up! no sorry about that, thank you, have a nice day nothing. i dont kno if ill ever call again. i understand its our fault for last min. but phone courtisy goes a long way! ...read more
