This place is amazing. ALL the instructors are so welcoming and so helpful. They answer questions that I may have. If I happen to get a little busy and not make it a few days they are checking in on me.I look forward to working on a regular basis.

All the instructors will motivate and encourage you to newer heights. I have gained so much strength and confidence since I became a member here in February 2017.
