HTU just installed a 58" Panasonic Professional Plasma monitor for me in my home. HTU helped me get rid of a small tube TV and replace it with a brand new flat panel plasma HDTV. I bought the TV, wall mount, touch-screen universal remote control (Harmony One), and DVD player (Oppo Digital) from HiTech Upgrades, LLC. The parts arrived very fast and HTU showed up as promised to quickly and professionally install the HDTV and equipment.

The installer was very polite, patient, & professional, plus took the time to demonstrate the new TV and remote control to me.

HiTech Upgrades has done a great job on researching, providing recommendatinos and beating the market on price. Even in the one instance I had to return an item (manufacture defect, not a fault of HiTech) Chris was easy to work with and quickly got my system up and running again. I not only recommend them but will continue to use them.

HTU provides quality products and support. I had a 50" plasma installed on the wall, inwall speakers and components. One day installation for everything along with follow up support. My wife and I are very pleased with the final product. 5 stars all the way around.
