In Behalf of our board of elders, I wish to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent job that you performed on our behalf following the flooding of our church sanctuary on February 22, 2007. Your quick response enabled us to conduct our worship service on the following Sunday. In a day when contractors are looking for ways to "cut corners" we were impressed with your desire to do the job right and make sure that the drying out process was completed properly. I recently had the ice maker hose leak while i was on a weekend getaway (so much for fun). Since our home is only 4 years old, i was very upset. At 12:30 AM when we arrived home,we found our home full of water. We searched the net for someone to help us at this hour. We called Henson Services, and by 1:15 AM they were at our home. Of course we were happy to see them. They were VERY kind and unerstanding. They assured us that they would help us in every way possible. Mrs. Henson sat down with me and explained every step that they would need to take to get us back in shape. Mr. Henosn walked around with my husband assessing the damage explaining how much equipment was going to be needed. They did their best to let us know of an apporximate cost. I was impressed with the care they took while moving our furniture and drying out even our walls. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with full confidence that they would give the the same respect. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY
