Dawn did my hair for my brothers wedding and did an awesome job. I got sooo many compliments about it. She is also wonderfull with cuts and color. Thanks dawn

I could not have said it better than Mary in the review a bit below me. I went to this place and received the worst haircut i've ever gotten in my life (unfortunately, not an exaggeration). No thought was given to the way my hair was twisted, cut in three places and let go (it wasn't Dawn though.. it was her staff member). I now have an awkward unblended cut with some pieces up to my ears and others down to below my shoulder. Unprofessional staff too. I as well never write reviews, but felt, and still feel, so strongly towards the way my hair was treated... To Dawn and the staff at the Nine: please stop the 'curly girl', for the sake of your business.

I would give Dawn a 5 star rating for the actual cutting of hair. However, she is a poor business-woman. The salon was closed on the day of one of my appointments. (She was on vacation and didn't cancel.) I called to change and appointment and was told she was not working that day anyhow. Nobody follows up with the customers. I went to a different salon in Providence.
