This place was at the least, the worst I have ever slept in, the service was not good at all, the room was not cleaned when we arrived, no wash cloths and they wouldn't give us any either, the bathroom had hair and mold on the shower curtain,I was told they had Internet they do not have Internet if you have a good wireless card you might be able to get it from the hotels beside it, these people will lie to you, trust me you don't want to stay here, the location is great but this hotel needs to be tore down and rebuilt. I read a review about this hotel being remodeled I don't think so, I will probably have nightmares from staying there, the patio was nice but the rooms even the shower knobs had rust on them, No lamp shades on any of the lights, trust me don't stay there tell they rebuild this place. date of stay 12/30/08 to 01/03/09

The rooms are dirty...the sheets have yellow stains...the doors dont lock etc. When calling upon the manager to help us with our problems he tells us to piss off and go to South Beach if we want. Well we didnt want South Beach...we wanted a more quiet place and Sunny Isles was perfect...his attitude was not. He claimed that the yellow and black stains on our sheets were bleech stains...well Ive never seen a golden yellow bleech stain before. NASTY!!!!! This manager is a disgrace to all hotell managers and he showed this by yelling at not only us but at two guests that were just checking in. He doesnt care about your stay if you have any problems with reservation or room he will just tell you to take it up with the travel agency and does not offer to help at all. He pretty much told us that he could care less because he has new people coming. Well this is a pissy hotell and you dont get what you pay for. Sleep here if you want to bed with roaches and bad attitude.

Local March 08, 2007DO not stay: First I got there with a confirmations number and was told that they dont deal with the internet or have it and then they took my money and gave me a key and a few moments later they knock on the door and said i had to leave for no reason what so ever. This hotel has extremly bad guest relations abd while its in a nice location i recomment that another hotel be choosen to avoid your vacation or trip being ruined

Lo Mas Economico de la Playa
Realmente el Hotel esta destruido, pero si quieres ir a pasar en Familia y con Amigos, este es el Lugar, No te controlan nada, Puedes Bañarte en la Picsina hasta la hora que quieras, Musica y Domino Igual, Este es el Lugar nuestro de los Fines de Semanas Largos, ya tenemos muy buenos Amigos conocidos en este lugar, Issac, el Manager Pelion pero bueno en el Fondo.
