Gold Rush Tour Center

We came here and ended up purchasing a a bus tour, I found the two women that served us to be ungracious, unfriendly and couldn't crack a smile if their life depended. When we walked out I commented to my husband "what is wrong with those women"? Further into Juneau we found a company offering a better deal so we returned within 10-minutes to try to get a refund only to have them point to a hand-written post on their white-board ALL TOURS NON-REFUNDABLE". What the heck, they never mentioned this to us nor did we see the sign. Terrible service do not buy tours from them because you will find them cheaper just a 150 yards further on. These places are just tourist money traps plus they could give decent service if they don't like tourist then they should not be working there. THUMBS DOWN LADIES!
