called about installing propane tanks at my home. kim, who answered phone after having to call twice to get anyone, was so freaking rude. will not use them.

Called to inquire about transferring services from house to house. Representative was extraordinarily unhelpful and snotty. Had to ask the question of how to set up service 3 times before getting a rude "no". Woman insisted on telling information we did not ask for and ignored our questions entirely. Impolite and incompetent.
