Finally, honest and accurate work

I didn't think my computer was that bad, but after having the tech from Geeks On Call show me and thoroughly explain the how and why's it all made sense. I can't believe how patient he was and that fact that he didn't speak geek to me, was fantastic. I know who I can call when I'm in a bind with my computer.
