Even though they give you wrong information you still have to pay! I've never seen such a backwards po dunk place - oh yes I forget it is scurry!

I am over 50 years old and have dealt with more utility providers in my life than I can remember, this company is by far the worst. Several time I have been over billed, placed a call to discuss my bill only to get a voicemail, leave a message and never get a return call. When and if you do actually speak with one of the old ladies there, they are the most unpleasant people of I have spoken with. The are seriously lacking in any sort of customer service skills.The try and manage by intimidation. I often get these nasty Disconnect Notices even though my bill was paid and funds withdrawn from my account well before my due date. This so called "company" only survives because most of us that use them have no other choice. If there was competition like there should be in any business, they would be out of business within 6 months. STAY AWAY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE....

I love them. There rates are so low and they work with you if something happens and you need more time to pay your bill. My bill is never over 60.00 and I have an in ground pool. I would recommend them to anyone and I always talk about how low there rates are especially to people who live in Crandall and are always complaining about the high cost of their water bill.
