Went in to get a muffler but the muffler was not the problem. The issue was a gasket and it was a fraction of the price of the muffler. I could have been told that I needed the entire muffler. THE WORST! Came into to his shop around 4:15pm on a Thursday. There were no cars in the bays, which should have been a clue right there. I asked "Bubba" about a "Bank 1- P0420" error code, for the catalytic converter." He said he could check it out; Gave him my cell phone # twice. Around 4:50 pm - I walked back to his shop and it was closed! He never called me. My car was left wide open, with both front windows rolled ALL the way down and keys in the ignition. It started to rain shortly after I got there! Nice. I called him the next day, and he seemed to have problems remembering who I was. He then demanded that I pay him (for which he never told me there would be a charge) and he would tell me the 'results' after I came down and paid him (* I live 20 miles away) "Buba" is about 6'3" & 300lbs.
