I took my 2 kids there during the middle of the day on 10-09-10 and had the WORST service from the only waitress there. It was not because she was busy either, she only had 3 tables. She did not even acknowledge us as we were waiting to be seated. Finally the cook/ manager came out to seat us. He also gave us menus and got our drinks. I tried to order from him but he said our waitress would take our order although he did take our order for the appetizer since he is also the cook and could go ahead and start that. Well, the waitress never did come take our order although I kept looking at her with my menu while she continued to ignore us. Finally I walked to the counter and asked her if I needed to place our order there. She took our pizza order. The cook brought our wings, got us some ranch, refilled our tea glasses once I took them to the counter, and even brought our pizza to us. This waitress was just standing behind the counter.
