A Maddox repairman came out to my property to check the cooling unit & left without checking to see if the unit was even cooling. He told me that the unit was running & I was "good to go" & that the house would take all day to cool off. The house was still hot the next day & the repairman refused to come back without an additional trip fee. He hung up in my face. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. THEY CAME OUT TO MY RESIDENCE BECAUSE MY AIR CONDITIONER WENT OUT. THEY TOLD ME THE SERVICE CHRGE WAS 125.00, AND THAT SOME OF THE PARTS WERE UNDER FIVE YEAR WARRANTY. THE SERVICE PROVIDER CAME OUT ANDTEMPORARILY FIXED THE PROBLEM THEN TOLD ME I NOW OWED HIM 297.00 FOR AN AIR CONDITIONER. ONE WEEK LATER, THE PROBLEM THEY CLAIMED TO FIX WAS OUT AGAIN.
