Roberts Furniture Inc. aka Furniture Barn is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and for a reason.

Think twice before you spend your money here!!! You may think that you are getting a bargain deal but double check and do your research because 100% chances are that you are not getting the deal of a lifetime that you thought you were getting.

Great price, great product, great service

I have shopped Furniture Barn on a couple of occasions now. They're great at giving discounts, their delivery rates are fair if not free, and the furniture holds up beautifully. Without all the discounts and free delivery, my last purchase would have been about $1600 total, after they applied the discounts my bill came to $1100. They gave me free delivery, set both bed sets up - 1 was bunk beds - and put the bedroom funiture where I wanted it. They're Awesome!

Good Buy, Bad Delivery

the buying process was great, they gave me the BEST deal possible and was very helpful in that process, but when it came to delivery I for one definitely wont buy from there just because of it. I scheduled delivery on a saturday and they gave me a time frame of noon-4, I had been at my place that entire time and never once had a knock on my door or a phone call. Turns out they put the wrong phone number in their system even though the receipt clearly shows MY number. Then they supposedly got through a locked apartment security door and came and knocked on my door, this most certainly never happened. They weren't accommodating in any way and I absolutely needed my furniture that day. Customer service and delivery = horrible. I had even called days prior to setting up my delivery with a question they needed to call me back on, at which point they received my correct number, which should have been changed in their system immediately. One very angry customer here.
